BEAD is an IoT device which analyzes the occupancy ratios, trends, and flow of the buildings. It uses real-time data in order to learn how the people are using the building and how the buildings make an occupancy zone in the cities.

The analysis of BEAD will be integrated and liked to Uber and Taxi drivers or even with busses. The drivers will get the information on occupancy zones of the city and use that data to optimize their routes. That will help the drivers to save gas and reduce CO2 emissions as well. Instead of driving around without knowing where the crowd is, they will know exactly where the crowd is.

The second phase of the BEAD system will be to integrate the analytics into autonyms cars. Driverless cars will see which parts of the city are more crowded and can be linked to that part of the city. That will also help to optimize the routes of those vehicles.
